Lilly’s Bookshelf is a website created by Dylan, an 11-year-old reading enthusiast, with parental guidance and supervision.
The site shares book reviews, reading challenges, creative projects, and handmade items for fellow book lovers.
All content, products, and communications are managed by Dylan's parents to ensure a safe and positive experience for visitors.
2. Store Purchases
We offer a small selection of handmade items, including bookmarks, posters, and book-themed gifts.
When you make a purchase from Lilly’s Bookshelf:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase information.
You must be over 18 or have parental/guardian consent to complete a purchase.
Please note: As Dylan is a minor, all sales transactions are supervised and processed by her parents.
3. Handmade Products
Each item in our shop is handmade with care.
Because of the nature of handmade products:
Minor variations in colour, size, or design may occur.
Each item is unique and crafted individually.
We do our best to represent all products as accurately as possible through descriptions and photographs.
4. Payment
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP, MUR, USD - and you are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs, or fees.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and prepared and shipped on a Wednesday afterschool.
Shipping is available to most countries, please email before to clarify.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier services.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds
Because our items are handmade and small-batch, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order:

Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can review and offer a solution (replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate).
